The Longo and the short of it

I told you there might be a horrible pun today somewhere.....

I didn't show this card on the "Last Call" post on purpose, because I was saving it for today.

It's not an amazing card, but these patches have kind of grown on me over time.

It's a commemorative patch, but of what?  I'm sure somebody knows.
