I'm giving it away for nothing, so at least there's that.
I decided to try and give a little bit back to the blogosphere, and this card caught my eye yesterday at the card show.
The Duke of Flatbush. '54 Topps. Yes, as you can see there is a nice crease on the right hand side of it, but it's still a great looking vintage card that I'm sure a few people might want. Here's how to enter...

It's pretty perfect. And free!
ReplyDeleteSnider was such a remarkable hitter in his prime. Over a five year stretch he averaged an OPS over 1.000. Crazy.
ReplyDeleteSweet Duke. Love the '54s.
ReplyDeleteSweet. Count me in!
ReplyDeleteI normally pass on things that really don't fit my collection, but I wouldn't mind owning this card.

I'll probably never get it done (or even get it close for that matter), but 1954 Topps has always been a dream set to put together. This would be a great prize.
ReplyDeleteSign me up. Team Phungo is in progress of building the 1954T set and that Duke Snider Card is definitely one of the tougher cards in the set.
