Lying in bed Tuesday evening, listening to my satellite radio which was tuned into the 80s channel, I heard a song from the British band Def Leppard, and it got my mind to thinking.
Photograph.
It's a simple as that one word for our beloved hobby.
Someone out there, somewhere, has taken a photograph.
Sometimes, the photograph shows intensity:
Maybe the photograph shows some poetry in motion:
How about a photograph of how we interact with wildlife??
Baseball photography can even reveal hypnotic powers....

All in all, isn't the photography why we really chase the cards? Well, maybe the older guys will remember the days before we had certified autos/jersey/serial numbered parallels in packs.
The photograph was really all we had back then.
